Originally from South Africa, Eira has been teaching since 2016 and has a passion for movement, the outdoors and nature. She uses yoga to teach deeper self-awareness of movement that serves as the foundation for conscious activity off the mat. Eira hopes to encourage students to look past the perfection of physical shapes, and instead embrace the playfulness, creativity, and authenticity in your own body.
What to expect?
Expect a fun practice blended with influences from Jivamukti, Budokon, animal locomotion, somatic yoga, pranayama, and meditation. You will change your perspective (perhaps by turning upside down), interpret instructions within the bounds of your own body, and be met along the way with some hands-on assistance to help find your fullest expression. Come play!
