I am Chilean and a backpacker traveler by profession. I discovered yoga nine years ago in a gym class, but at the end of my first Savasana I just knew it was going to be a great journey. I have been a constant student of Vinyasa from the start and Ashtanga in recent years. In 2020, I completed my 200 hour training with Mandala, under Ximena López and I have witnessed multiple master classes from different schools, yoguis and styles.
Always encourage my students to listen to themselves, get along with the body and free their mind, so they can feel every part of the practice. Just try to breathe, move and enjoy.
