Natalie is a dedicated yogi, lover, friend, and activist. Having formally studied conflict and human rights, Natalie views yoga as a conscious effort to create positive change – beginning in the self, and extending out into the world. Natalie believes in the power of yoga to bring freedom and healing to the practitioner. For her, coming to her mat is coming home.
Natalie’s practice stems from the deep roots of ashtanga, and includes soft moments of reflection as well as opportunities for exploration and play. Her classes give students the opportunity to dive deep, and to meet themselves in new and challenging ways each time they step onto their mat.
